ILLIT Wonhee And Yunah On 'Salon Drip'

  • Jang Doyeon asked, "Have you ever felt in your daily life, 'I’m a real adult now'?" Yunah spoke up. "I’m revealing this for the first time, but I recently got my driver's license," she confessed. "It was early this year, and when I received the license, I felt to myself, 'I feel like an adult.'" Yunah continued, "When I go down to my parents' house, I try driving my mother's car. I put my family in the back seat and ask them to film me. Not long ago, I even drove in the rain. I thought to myself, 'I’ve become an adult who can drive at night and in the rain now,'" expressing her pride. When Jang Doyeon asked, “Have you ever given a ride to a member?” Yunah replied, "I gave Minju a quick ride.” When Jang Doyeon asked, “What do you mean by ‘quick’?" she explained, “Two minutes? We practiced laps in the underground parking lot of the dorm. Minju said, ‘I want to ride.’ So I said, ‘Go ahead.’ We just went up, drove around, and came back down.” Wonhee said, “I want to be the third one to ride,” and Yunah caught on to Wonhee’s true feelings, saying, ""It's because I'm worried and anxious, I guess. I don't want to go (to heaven) yet," to which Wonhee retorted, "It's to the point where I have regrets in this life," bringing laughter to the audience.
  • Regarding the moment she felt she had become an adult, Wonhee quipped, "My stamina has dropped a lot. Now that the first digit has changed, my stamina isn't what it used to be. It's different when you're in your 10s compared to your 20s." When Yunah said, "I told you. It's different," Jang Doyeon, who was listening, drew laughter by saying, "What are these young people talking about?"
  • Yunah revealed the various nicknames she gave to Wonhee. Wonhee said, "My nickname became 'Halmonhee' because I was compared to Yunah, who is an MZ generation member who quickly picks up on various memes." Yunah reportedly gave Wonhee various nicknames, including Halmonhee, Donggramhee, Dirt Potato, and Puppy Poop. Yunah explained the reason for the nicknames, saying, "When we practice choreography, we all look haggard and scruffy as a group. One day, I looked at Wonhee in the mirror, and perhaps because of the lighting, she looked a bit grimy, so I told her she looked like a dirt potato. Saying you look like a potato feels like an insult, but saying you look like a dirt potato is a cute compliment." Wonhee said she was initially confused whether it was a compliment, but she liked it when Jang Doyeon changed her answer to say, "You look like a baby potato from a rest stop." Jang Doyeon praised Wonhee's cuteness, saying, "I want to sprinkle sugar and salt on top," referring to her round, potato-like appearance.
  • Jang Doyeon asked, "Although you have a strong bond with your fans, since they are people you are meeting for the first time at a fan meeting, what kind of conversations do you usually have?" Wonhee replied, "Fans tell jokes, and they also teach us things like memes that are trending among idols these days," conveying the atmosphere of the venue. In particular, Wonhee mentioned her experience of noticing even small changes in her fans. She surprised everyone by saying, "I tend to be good at noticing small changes, like my friends' eyeshadow or lip colors," adding, "There are times when I notice a change in a fan's makeup style. We talk a lot about it when that happens." Yunha described herself as having a "close friend next door style." She explained that she strikes up a conversation with fans naturally, saying, "Oh, you're here? Shall we talk about something?" When Jang Doyeon asked, "Do you speak informally with your fans?" Yunah replied, "It varies depending on the fan. Active fans sometimes start by speaking informally. Then I speak informally back." Hearing this, Jang Doyeon reacted, "It's fascinating how fans speak informally to celebrities and treat them so casually." Another characteristic of the fan meeting culture was then revealed. Yunah said, "The fans are seasoned professionals. They have a 'X' they liked before," and Wonhee added, "That's why it's fun to ask who they liked before." Jang Doyeon burst into laughter at the unexpected story about the fans' "fandom experience." The members also revealed that they receive direct feedback to maintain a continuous relationship with their fans. Wonhee explained, "I ask people I used to like why they stopped being a fan and what I shouldn't do," adding, "I also make sure to remember who they were a fan of before." Yunah also said, "I sometimes ask experienced fans, 'So you treated your ex like that?'" Upon hearing this, Jang Doyeon exclaimed, "It really feels like you're dating." As various anecdotes followed, Jang Doyeon exclaimed in surprise, "The market here is fierce," while Yunah added to the humor by describing it as a "flea market." Finally, Jang Doyeon wrapped up the heartwarming atmosphere by saying, "If you did this for a fan signing event, I don't think I could get over it."
  • Wonhee revealed a quirky anecdote that occurred while monitoring her own video, exuding her unique honest and quirky charm. In response to MC Jang Doyeon's question, "Have you ever been surprised by your appearance on camera?" , Wonhee opened up by saying, "I get surprised often, so I don't really watch myself. It's like that when I'm trying to act cute." Won-hee drew laughter by honestly confessing, "There are two types. Sometimes I don't think I'm cute, but I am, so it feels cringeworthy. The second type is when I acted on purpose, but it was so obvious." Wonhee then surprised Yoon-a and Jang Doyeon by adding, "When that happens, I click 'Dislike' or 'Not interested in this content' on my own videos."
