Oh My Girl Hyojung is returning with a solo single after 1 year and 5 months.
Released via Oh My Girl's official social media, Hyojung's first digital single, 'Purple Note,' features impressive musical staffs listing the track titles and purple color accents.
The title track of the first single is '나의 청춘에게,' and the album includes a total of three songs, including 'Look Around' and '나의 청춘에게 (Inst.).' The release holds particular significance as Hyojung participated in writing and composing all the tracks. This album marks her first release in approximately 1 year and 5 months since the special single 'Christmas Night Train,' which was released in December 2024. An official stated, "'Purple Note' is actually the name of the band Hyojung was a vocalist in during her high school years, and through this, Hyojung is expected to reflect on the circumstances that led her to start her musical career."
