TWICE (트와이스) World Tour 'This Is For' Draws 640,000 Spectators At Japan Concert

TWICE , a representative K-pop girl group, achieved a remarkable feat by drawing 240,000 spectators through three additional performances in Japan. TWICE demonstrated their powerful "ticket power" by attracting a total of over 600,000 spectators solely through their Japanese performances for their sixth world tour, "THIS IS FOR."

According to their agency, JYP Entertainment, TWICE held additional "THIS IS FOR" Japanese concerts at the Tokyo National Stadium (MUFG Stadium) on the 25th, 26th, and 28th of last month, drawing 240,000 spectators across three shows over three days.

Last year, TWICE visited Japan's four major dome venues—Kyocera Dome Osaka, Vantelin Dome Nagoya, FeiFei Dome Fukuoka, and Tokyo Dome—for this tour, drawing approximately 400,000 spectators at the time. Including these three performances, the group has drawn a massive crowd of 640,000 people to their Japan tour alone.

The results of these Japanese concerts hold deep significance for TWICE. It is noteworthy that they not only became the first K-pop group and the first foreign artist in history to perform solo at the Tokyo National Stadium, but also filled the stadium's maximum daily capacity of 80,000 for all three shows.
